Testimonial of Sonepar China Sustainability Ambassador

2020 was an extraordinary year. While the pandemic and economic turbulence have had a profound impact on companies and individuals, Sonepar China has not lost sight of our "Care for the Earth, Save Energy and Reduce Carbon" campaign, one of our four strategic themes for the year.

We established a "Sustainability Team" in China and invited all operating companies to participate in the first members' meeting in March 2020 to jointly develop annual and quarterly carbon plans and prepare a scientific and systematic online environmental training course. From 2021 onwards, Sonepar China will join Sonepar Group in meeting our energy saving and emission reduction targets, and will take solid steps towards the strategic goal of "sustainable development".

2021 will be an important year for the company’s "Sustainable Development" strategy in China. We will strive to share the ideals of energy saving, emission reduction and low-carbon environmental protection with the partners of Sonepar China, and invite them to join this far-reaching cause and make a positive impact on the planet we all call home!
